Help for completing the application form:

• Tick “Reserve account” on Part 1 of the application form and the currency you require the account to be in.


• Please complete the business name to be shown on the account and contact details for this business bank account in Part 2.


• Please complete Part 4 with home address details (full 3 year history) and personal bank account details for the authorised signatory (ies). CVIC is not relevant to applications made through Freelancer Financials, so leave that box blank but do send in customer identification.


• Please complete Part 5 with the date, company name, and furthermore please also indicate how many to sign, if there is more than 1 one authorised signatory.


• Please also remember to sign Part 7 (Authorised Signatory/ies).


• For a Limited Company that does not have a Company Secretary, the application needs to be countersigned by a “witness” Part 8 (continued). The witness needs to also quote their full name and address where indicated. Please note the “witness” does not need to provide any identification documents.


• Enclosing a cheque for £1 made out from a personal bank account (of each authorised signatory) to your company name will assist in the bank’s verification process.


• Please note that any section containing crossings out or correction fluid will be returned for a “clean” version.
